Uninstall software completely without leaving a trace
There's simply nothing more annoying than programs that refuse to uninstall when you ask them to.
Some unscrupulous developers make sure that their programs are as hard to remove as possible while other things like malware get totally rooted in your system and Windows uninstaller can do little to help. That's why you may find it useful to use Total Uninstall before you install new software as it creates a snapshot of your system prior to installing a new application. It then takes an additional snapshot after the installation has completed and performs an automatic comparison of the two. The program displays any changes that have been made in a tree view, highlighting all registry values and/or files that have been added, changed or deleted. The program then saves these changes and if you decide to uninstall the application, it can reverse the changes to the previous state. This is similar to the Windows rollback utility although that takes up a lot of space on your hard drive and only makes rollback points at certain intervals. This program does it when you want although it does take rather a long time to scan and analyze the state of your machine at any one time.
Total Uninstall is a great solution for anyone that's worried about installing new software and the potential effect it may have on their system.

One of the most useful software for my PC.
One of the most useful software for my PC... Especially for someone like me who always tend to keep my system environment as clean as possible.
Pros:
Everything really...
Can detect the files that still remain after uninstallation and delete them
Cons:
UI and interface... Look too old fashioned, like Windows Vista More

Doesn't include all advertised functionality and support is non-existent..
I paid for the pro version which is supposed to include an agent which detects installs starting up. Not only does it not work, but while not working it regularly causes CPU usage spikes. I emailed support and they didn't even bother to get back to me. Avoid this software. More

The best uninstaller i have found..
Only unistaller worth the name! It take a snapshot of the registry and harddisk and compares this to after installation so what you get is changes to the system. Other installers pretty much run the programs uninstaller only but this is the real deal.
Pros:
The fact that it compares the system and not guess stuff.
Cons:
Nothing really More

Total Uninstall.
It does not remove the register settings of a program that has a trial time of 30 days. Uninstalling the program with Total Install works well but if you reinstall the same software and run it , it says that "your 30 days trial has end you must register" So it does not remove all the traces as mentioned. Boycott this greedy lying company..
PRODUCT DOESN'T DO WHAT THEY CLAIM.Use ZSOFT UNINSTALLER or REGSHOT (BOTH FREE)Does this program scan the entire registry? NO. It scans 2 out of 5 Registry Hives by default and another if you set it to do so, not to mention the MANY EXCLUDED KEYS. FACT.In the options menu under Monitored Programs-Scanning Profiles-Default-Registry Tab you'll see only:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
HKEY_USERSOpen Microsoft Registry Editor and you'll clearly see that there are 5 registry hives:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
HKEY_USERS
HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIGPrior to version 5.x, were "MAJOR UPGRADES" Free? NO. Only until recently 5.x was the author forced to give people "One Free Year Maintenance Period". FACT. If you bought version 4.9.5 and version 5 came out a day later, you would have to buy the product again. Are people THAT WORK for this company (gmartau and Plumber) posting positive reviews, claiming litigation against anyone that leaves negative reviews and REMOVING USERS REVIEWS. YES. Read the other review for yourself. FACT.If you don't believe me, find a program with a 30 trial period, install the product with Total Uninstall with before and after snapshots, wait a couple of days, uninstall the 30 trial program with Total Uninstall and then Re-Install the program. You'll find that you have 28 - 29 days left on your trial. If it removed all registry traces then the second time you install the trial program you would have 30 days left on your trial.
Pros:
None.
Cons:
Everything. More
